Parts car with low miles

I have a customers car that we were planning on doing a EFI upgrade to and after doing further inspections on the car the frame is to rusted to put any money into it so the plan is to sell it complete. It has a rebuilt in Florida and I believe it's because of how old cars are sold in New Hampshire, where the car came from and don't need titles. The car is a manual transmission grey interior car and I believe it has less than 2K miles on it. It must have been driven in the salt and left for years in storage. Stainless panels look good other than the hood has some damage up front. The drivers side torsion bar is broken and the roof frame is rotted. I will post pictures later. Asking $5K OBO.

Sorry, the car has a rebuilt title registered in Florida. I suspect the title was lost in New Hampshire and they do not issue titles for old cars there, so the owner was forced to get a rebuilt title here in Florida. This is a great project car for the DIY guy. There are a few frames out there people are offering so this might be a good deal for some of you.
