I had to split them up due to file size restrictions, etc. If the admin can bypass this, I can upload them in the original form that I got from dmctalk.com

Does there exist a single massive gorilla PDF of the manual in its entirety?
EDIT: Found it: http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?2866-Searchable-Workshop-Technical-Bulletins-and-Volvo-Engine-Manuals

For someone to make up a list of every bolt.
1) Show torque value in foot/lbs and inch/lbs is below 40 foot/lbs.
2) Show the grade of the bolt.
3) Show size. Length, dia, pitch, wrench size
4) If undocumented value we can fill in a good ballpark value.
Who wants to build the list?

That would be awesome! I can't tell you how many times I have to flip back and forth to find torques settings. And DMCH will give you the bolt diameter but not the length, etc. They want you to buy form them. To that end - it would be nice to have a reference list of all the o-ring sizes and material as well.
Cheers
Steve
