Here's a quick way on how to fix your damaged printed circuit, part #: 105851. In this scenario, my fuel gauge stopped working due to the copper line in the printed circuit sheet cut. I think it cut because it is just an old 30+ yr part and the copper line is on a turn with a lot of tension and snap (See photos below)! To repair the cut circuit line I used Electric Paint by Bare Conductive. This item can be found on eBay for a few dollars. http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31834&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31835&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31836&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31837&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31838&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31839&stc=1http://dmctalk.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=31840&stc=1 How to do it?: Peel back the plastic carefully. Apply the electric paint over the cut copper and let dry. Apply like a Band-Aid a snippet of black electrical tape over your newly created electric line. Good luck!
