Residential Property [R1] for a DeLorean

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to see if anyone out there would like to trade their Delorean for my real property, a residential piece of land? I prefer a 1981 manual, running, rolling and can be a fixer with a clear title. Details about the land I'm willing to straight trade:

It's located in the rapid-growing community of Menifee, California next to Temecula. It's a residential with electricity posted in front. The street is Connecticut Drive and it over looks Quail Valley. Valued between $14k-$18k. Taxes are current. I have the APN#, address etc. Pm for details. Willing to pay a little if the car is a little higher in value.

I know this is a unusual trade but I got the Delorean bug and looking for a father and son project. This is perfect for someone in the real estate business or looking to add another investment to their portfolio.

And with that out of the way, I'm curious -- is there a house on that real estate? Not for myself (I'm perfectly content where I am), but that seems a little, well, low for a house overlooking a valley like that, which has me curious. Also, pictures?

Locally, I almost had a straight trade about six months ago, but the guy wanted cash instead. I've heard of success stories land for car or vice versa (i.e., TheSamba website). So, I thought I'd give it a try here and see if anyone here is the land buyer or business person always adding to their portfolio like myself.

No home on the property. There is a neighbor to the side and in front of the street. I will get photos and upload them later on today. My apologies if I posted this in the wrong area of the site if I did, please move to the correct area if needed.

If no trade - i'll sell the land on my own and buy another.

Yes, looking for a second DeLorean as a gift to my future graduate.

Okay, that explains a lot. Haven't heard of anyone trading actual land for a DeLorean yet, am curious to know how this goes. Not sure if it'll work or not, but hey, time will tell :popcorn:
