Hi guys, I'm so pleased with two products I've used today I thought I'd share them..

I used an Autoglym leather cleaner followed by a Connelly leather treatment..

Think you'll agree the results are fantastic!..

Autoglym carries the Royal Crest so when her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth needs to scrub up the seats in her Rolls this is the stuff she uses so you know it's good.

Joking aside all autoglym products are very good indeed.

Website? That before/after looks pretty good and I'm in the market for some leather cleaner.

Those results really do look great. I'd be interested in a link where I could buy some for my daily driver.

I've used leatherique in the past and it also works very well, but it's kind of a mess to slather the oil all over the seat and then use the cleaner to get rid of the residual oil. I ended up pulling the seats from the car so I wouldn't make a mess inside.

Gary,

Have you tried it on the vinyl too? I'm wondering if you'll get the same results on the door cards, etc?

Cheers

Hi Steven.

Yes I've used it all round now! Brings all the grey trim up to as new! Tip is to use it with an eraser sponge ;)

Do you use the "soft" side or the "rough" side of the sponge?

Also has anyone tested the Metal Polish from Autoglym on the SS panels??

Sounds like to me he was suggesting to use those Mr Clean Magic Eraser sponges. Those things are pretty fantastic, although the way they disintegrate is fairly annoying.

Aren't those quite caustic?!

They are.

I don't know that I would use them one a set of leather seats. After the first time I used them properly, I will always were rubber gloves as the fluid will get into every tiny knick around your fingernails.

But they are great. magic even.
