Attaching PDFs

How can I upload and attach a PDF? I noticed that this post contains a PDF, so it must be possible somehow: http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?2755-DeLorean-Owner-s-Handbook-Manual

Also, I can't search for "Attaching PDF" because PDF is a three-letter word and DMCTalk won't search for three-letter words.

You can navigate to this from the FAQ bar in dark navy along the top of any DMCTalk page, then selecting "Reading and Posting Messages"

The shortcut version: In a reply-to or a new posting scroll down to the Manage Attachments box. Click on it and go from there.
