You don't take enough pictures. You need to practice taking more so we can see all the progress on your car! ;)

I have now put 1000 miles on 3307 without any major issues.

I did have a problem where all of the rear caliper mounting bolts were loose and one came out 100 miles from home, but luckily the problem was fixed quickly(assumed the brakes were all put together and tight before I purchased the car) by fellow Delorean members at the DCO tech event and the car was back on the road.

I have an intermittent problem with the A/C blower fan going in and out, but I replaced what appears to be the original 25 AMP breaker with a 30 AMP breaker and checked all of the connections at the motor, so I will find out if that solved the problem. The A/C blows nice and cold though.

I have an oil leak that I believe is coming from the rear main seal area. Murphy's Law prevails even after all of the careful installation of it...but I will figure it out.

Otherwise it drives great and I really am enjoying it. The only gripe I have is the turning radius, but otherwise alot of fun.

I plan on upgrading the exhaust soon and doing some minor tweaks and then a few typical upgrades over the summer.

How much more of a kick would you say your car has with cam & headers versus a stock car?

How much more of a kick would you say your car has with cam & headers versus a stock car?

I never got to drive the car stock since it was apart when I purchased it. However, I am told by a few DCO owners that I let drive it that it has alot more pickup on the low end compared to their stock camshafted vehicles. There is definately a difference. I haven't been back to the track yet after putting the headers on but I can tell a power difference since the upgrade. I will go back and report my findings in the near future.

Thanks everyone for the compliments; it is very encouraging.
I am very happy with the engine bay, undercarriage, and trunk.
My next challenge is to get all of the pieces in the interior to match correctly. I am planning on going with the SEM Acura Charcoal Gray as advised in another thread. The interior won't be done until next spring because I will be taking my time researching and getting to look right.

I will keep posting updates and photos in this journal thread for all to see.
