Grey rear speaker panel/armrest passanger side

I replaced this with a new one a few months back. It's slightly damaged with some oddball screw holes from a PO and the vinyl that wraps under the weather striping is torn off. Maybe someone can so something with it. Asking $50. Plus shipping.
