Another great event is coming up soon - the annual United British Sports Car Club’s All-British Motoring Show. They graciously allow our Irish beauties to be shown off alongside all the gorgeous British metal that turns out for this event. If you haven’t been before, this is an amazing show - not only are the cars simply stunning, but the venue is very relaxed, and the British reputation for politeness has always translated to the attendees - it’s the only show I’ve ever been in where I have no fear of people touching, sitting on, getting into or otherwise molesting my car.
It’s a great turnout every year. If we can get 3 cars registered, we will qualify for our own judging class. This means each of us will go home with a trophy! The judging is participant’s choice - so no concours readiness needed ahead of time. Just get in the car, get to Dixon and schmooze anyone carrying a blue card around.
