It seems that tires for the Delorean get increasingly harder to find in matching sets.
Are there any matching 14/15 sets out there anymore?

What is the current best set of tires for the Delorean, front and back?

In the back, are you looking for 235's or can they be 225's etc?

What ever is supposed to be there.... what are the options?

I have toyos on front and rear but the rear is 225 instead of the stock 235.

Here's a couple of threads:

I did search and find these two threads before I posted, neither really answer my questions.
The thread about re-manufacturing the BF Goodrich tires went no where, the other thread just mentions random tires,
I am looking for links to purchase, or at least a list of matching sets.
It doesn't seem that there are any being made.
So the trick is to find the best match, best performance, etc., with links to purchase or where.

I recommend the Vredestein Sportrac 5
Rear:225/60r15
Front:195/60r14
from TiresByWeb.com it will cost you around $480 for all 4, but they match and look amazing.

I've heard all good things about the Vredestein's.

Matched, but non-OEM size info:

If you step down to a 185/60R14 up front, you can get a matching set of Cooper Cobras.

Personally, I would rather go down a size up front than in back. 225s just don't look right on the rear.

I agree, I'm all for what allows stock, or larger than stock tires work in the rear. I'd rather go narrower in the front than narrower in the back.

Bob, for your BTTF replicas you're going to want 245/60R15's in the rear... The Eagle GT's the screen used cars rode on were not the stock size 235/65/15's.

Thanks for the info.
It seems that the best available matching sets of tires are the COOPER COBRA's
if you adjust both the rears and the fronts just a little, which is cool because it adds to the offset and aggressive angle.
They are available at DISCOUNT TIRE.

Front: P185/60 R14
Rear: P245/60 R15

Total installed about $500.
