Master cylinder/ reservoir leak

Has anyone replaced the seals under the reservoir in the master cylinder? My seals gave out already after 2 years. Is it an option just to replace seals without replacing the entire MC? It's been mentioned on this forum that Saab 900 (87-89) seals might work. Anyone know if this is accurate? Thanks for your input.

I have a set of these seals in my garage, so they must be available somewhere. I don't see them on DMCH's store.
