Anyone want to get together and have a winter tech day?

I would be up for this. My car needs to stretch its legs. (And maybe someone can help me figure out the brakes.)

Because he misses us?

My car has been sitting too long, and I'm trying to motivate myself to resurrect it.

I do maybe have some parts I'd like to install....but not yet!

I'd be interested as long as its after December 15th. That's the last day of finals at GT.

We can host the tech day at my grandpa's garage in Monroe. I'll check with him if that'd be okay to do.

How's December 16th at our workshop in Monroe? We have a lift and a few tools here and there. Plenty of parking area too.

I am game for a winter tech day!! However I would not be able to attend if its the 9th or 16th both are Saturdays. But any Sunday is definatly good for me and any other date I am sure I could get off of work!

Pretty sure I need my front crankshaft seal redone if anyone can come and do that. I simply don't have the tools.

Yeah we can do the 16th or the 17th. Just let me know what works best for everyone.

Anybody still want to do the tech day this upcoming weekend? I need to know how many are planning on coming.

Hi Jayce,

I'm wondering if ~1 week before Christmas might be a tough sell on most of the group. It's usually a super busy time with shopping and holiday parties and stuff. I'm very interested, but wondering if we might need to put it off until after the holidays?
I dunno.... just thinking out loud. Is your shop heated? :)

Whenever it is, I'll be there. The weather report is showing for it to be nice on saturday, but knowing atlanta...

This would be my only chance to host/participate in a tech day for the near future. (This is my winter break from Georgia Tech) Once school starts back up after the new year I will not have as much free time.

We have some of those propane heaters.

I will not be able to make it

I was hoping to have my car put back together, but it's looking unlikely.......

It looks like we'll have to plan a tech day for maybe after the new year. Maybe sometime in January or February?
