The doors leak when it rains more then a little? I think I'd want that fixed before spending money on it, also the tranny leak too.

Both problems are common to all Deloreans. I'd be more interested in how the frame and suspension look.

The tranny leak is probably due to worn seals. Some speedy sleaves and new seals will fix that. The door leak can easily be fixed with the two seal modification.

The other possibility is that the headliner isn't trimmed properly, and is acting as a wick.

Then the seller should fix it, he's not asking for lowball offers on hs car.

Maybe he is selling the car because he is tired of fixing stuff. At least he disclosed the leaks. Many sellers wouldn't even do that.
