All, I guess I should start this.

Question. Vendors that service D's in the Detroit Metro Area....???

I know Foreign Auto in Chesterfield Michigan on Gratiot just north of 23 Mile Road.

Any others? Besides in Ohio?

Asking so I can have an alternate if I can't fix and Foreign Auto is booked.

Back in 2006 (http://www.ohiodeloreans.com/gallery-06MISpring1.htm) we had 1/2 a tech day at Munk's (https://www.munks.com/) in Pontiac.
3080 West Huron (M59) Waterford, Michigan 48328 (https://www.google.com/maps/place/3080+W+Huron+St,+Waterford+Twp,+MI+48328/@42.6387052,-83.3511513,17.01z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x8824bdce135b1169:0x332d77840dfb5 cbd!8m2!3d42.6376475!4d-83.3481728?hl=en)
I believe Byron has taken his car there from time to time. Chris the owner/pres is a real nice guy. They are also a "Four Star Bosch Service Center" and work on Volvos as well as other Euro makes.

Shannon,

Thanks! I'll have to look at them!

Just am putting together a pamphlet for possible vendors so I'll have to contact him/that place.

Thanks for posting this info here. I've had my car in storage for the last few years, in another state, but will be bringing it here in June. It's nice to know there are a couple places close by that can help when problems arise.

Another place I am looking at is

Harper and Martin Auto Care
28500 Harper Ave St Clair Shores MI
48081
Phone: (586) 777-8885

More to follow as how I am having some minor stuff done to #docbrwn in April so I will give a write up on that. I know the owners.

Thanks Doug! I'm having work done on mine in Ohio starting in a couple weeks but will be interested to here the experiences you have with local shops.

To bad I won't have mine up here until mid June now. I saw the link to your FB post (on another thread) regarding the spring meet up at Vinsetta Garage. I might have to swing by for a quick D fix since mine won't be here yet.

All,

Harper and Martin Autocare on Harper in St Clair Shores was most awesome. I don't have time now to post pictures but go to my FB page to view and read my review. My ex gf knows the owner and you will get your DeLorean serviced in a fair price and knowledgeable manner. All techs are ASE certified and I cannot be happier.

See FB post for phone number. You do not need a profile to view my FB page in my signature.
