Registration is open (http://deloreanmidatlantic.com/events/summer-fun-run-2019.html) for our upcoming Summer Fun Run event on August 24th!
For this year's event, we'll be taking an afternoon driving tour around the beautiful farms fields of the Warwick and surrounding NY and NJ areas! Following the tour we'll stop at Double S Smokehouse (http://doublessmokehouse-ny.com/) for BBQ and Bellvale Farms (https://bellvalefarms.com/) for local homemade ice cream. For those choosing to stay the evening with us, we'll be attending the Warwick Drive-in Theater (http://www.warwickdrivein.com/) afterwards. Guests are responsible for their own payment at each activity, and the drive-in is *cash only* so please plan accordingly.
Hotel
We've reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in Chester, NY (https://www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/chester/hpnes/hoteldetail?cm_mmc=YextLocal-_-EX-_-US-_-HPNES). Rates are $179 +tax for Friday or Saturday night. Please reserve your room directly with the hotel at (845) 469-3000. Be sure to mention 'DMA' or DeLorean Mid-Atlantic to get the discounted rate. The deadline to reserve a room is August 2nd.
