Odd, it doesn't sound like mine at all.

3:44 The flux dispersal was out of adjustment...it took the poor guy 50' behind the D with him.

Sounds more like DPI's exhaust to me.

If you look the tail pipes, they have the "DMC" logo on them. Josh's SPEC 1 doesn't have the logo on the tail pipes. You can also tell it is a DMCH exhaust because the muffler hangs down further than the one used in the SPEC 1 system.

You're absolutely right about it being a DMCH exhaust, there's no doubt it is. The car also has the DMCH plate in the engine bay stating it is a Stage II car. It still doesn't sound remotely like any Stage II car I've ever heard, though. I guess this must be one of their newer, quieter stainless exhaust systems. The original steel (sans stainless) exhaust systems from DMCH were quite noisy.

i like the low note, but on this second video i hear an irritatingly high-pitched screeching noise as well. can someone who has heard one 'in real life' confirm if i am correct in assuming its probably just a low-quality audio recording with distortion?

Is he using an official nos DMC catch pan or an aftermarket one?

Hey - that's my car!

My son shot that video this morning and posted it to youtube.

This was a 05 DMC texas rebuilt car I bought from the original owner. That guy bought every single option available.

Frankly, It's a bit noisy for me, I prefer driving my stock 83 better.

The tinny sound might be the recording device, my son used his cell phone.

Good video. Not huge on the sound of the exhaust, but the extra power would be nice, I'm sure. Thanks for posting!
