Includes everything except filter. (If you need this kit, then you know that you don't want to install a filter anyway).

I do have three kits but not sure if I wanted to keep one.

I might sound like a bit of a noob, so what do these kits do? I'm pretty new to Autos (never owned a car with one).

This is what you need to overhaul your automatic transmission. Includes everything you need but filter/oil.

If you transmission is working fine, then you don't need it.

I just saw Josh's boot kits, my price would be similar but I believe it would be better to buy from Josh.

I just keep my kits for myself, or maybe I just give them away to those who buy a transmission kit.

Now, regarding the tool, you can buy it a NAPA if you need it right away. I will not recommend installing a boot kit that does not requires any tool, it will just not hold!

Why do I not want a filter? Do you advocate running without one or what an I missing here?

According to experts who posted on this forum, it is better no to use the stock filter, as long as you change oil often.
