This D seems to be in decent shape, mostly original. The (late-VIN) fixed-mast antenna on the fender might not go with the (early VIN) gas-flap hood? Based on the reported wiggly steering column it's in need of a simple steering column bushing refit. And it needs at least one door strut.

Mr. Rong seemed to enjoy the car all the same.

If the car was taken back to the QAC, they would drill out the fender and attach the antenna to the RFF; it's not implausible on a gas-flap car, since most were dissatisfied with the windshield antenna.
