2nd Annual Celebration of Automobiles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Dust off your Member’s Only jacket and parachute pants and get ready for the: 2nd Annual Celebration of Automobiles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
This year, DeLorean is one of the featured marquees at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Celebration of Automobiles. Entry in this show is by invitation-only and we plan on pulling out all the stops. With the combined participation of the IN DMC Club the DeLorean Club of Ohio (http://www.ohiodeloreans.com) and the DeLorean Midwest Connection (http://www.deloreanmidwest.com/) we hope to have 30 (yes, I said THIRTY) DeLoreans in attendance. Did I forget to mention that we’ll have FACTORY support? Many of you have met Dave and Julie Swingle from DMC Midwest (http://dmcmidwest.com/), who will be attending. Dave is planning on bringing DMC Houston’s Stage 3 car and (drum roll please) the new Electric DeLorean!
The cost of the show is $50. For your $50, you receive parking, gate entrance (for driver & passenger), a dash plaque and the opportunity to DRIVE A LAP AROUND THE TRACK OF THE IMS. With this much stainless steel, be sure to bring your sunglasses. There will also be plenty of other exotics to see and things to do, if you or your guest gets tired of looking at DeLoreans… (As if!)
To ensure we’re parked as a group, we will be registering everyone at the same time. Please mail your check for $50, made payable to the IMS Automobile Festival, no later than April 20th to the following address:

We will meet early Saturday morning at the Boone County Fairgrounds (http://www.boonefairgrounds.com) in Lebanon (1300 E 100 S, Lebanon, IN 46052 (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1300+E+100+S,+Lebanon,+IN+46052&hl=en&ll=40.026201,-86.445494&spn=0.013539,0.020041&geocode=+&hnear=1300+E+100+S,+Lebanon,+Indiana+46052&t=m&z=16)), and drive as a group to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. (Only 30 minutes away) Should anyone have minor mechanical difficulties, we will have tools available. Seriously, you’ll be kicking yourself for years if you miss this show.
