I was watching Gearz and they showcased a clutch adapter plate that is supposed to help with a stiff clutch by altering the leverage point.

I don't mind the clutch in the D because it's the only one I've ever driven but I've seen a few comments here about the stiffness. Does anyone think this would work on the D?

Without using a power assist, just changing the pivot point will result in less effort but also less total movement. My effort on my car seems fine.

I've driven some D's that require you to have Superman's left leg, and I have driven some that are soft like a bunch of squishy bunnies. I believe the last one i had driven with a soft clutch pedal was using one of Hervey's clutch kits. I never saw the item on Gearz that you're talking about.

I couldn't drive my coworker's miata because the pedal was way too soft. I kept slamming it to the floor.

Red's pedal isn't too bad. I was able to drive around in Christmas traffic without wanting to saw off my leg.
