I remove the center pad and removed nut. But the wheel is frozen on the steering column.

This works for me

I use an airgun to put mine on and this took it off easily. Go slow and carefully.

You need a steering wheel puller. Metric puller bolts that fit this wheel will likely not be in the kit. You will have to find them at your hardware store. Make sure the bolts are the correct thread pattern and thread them DEEP before trying to pull the wheel or you risk stripping out the pull holes.

Ahhh, that's the one I was looking for. Came in with the intent of posting it and then couldn't find it. Good show, blue car guy.

I could not find one that fit well so I made my own. Just a small circular plate with a tapped hole in the center for the pushing bolt and 2 holes for the pulling bolts. Before removing make marks so you can put it back in the same spot. BTW, it is not "frozen". It is a splined and tapered mechanical joint (for obvious reasons). It is SUPPOSED to be difficult to remove!
