Animated music video featuring a Delorean.

To all my fellow Delorean enthusiasts... This is my latest attempt in trying to own one- I just filmed a music video for a band in Miami about a violent alien invasion of the city using only an iPhone, a bunch of construction paper and the kitchen counter. (Its stop-motion animation, a'la South Park.) The band is "All The Pretty Cars" and the name of the song is "Killing Time." Naturally, I had to throw in my favorite car since I am the sole animator... Would really appreciate it if you guys watched, shared and re-posted to whatever sites you frequent! I've been a lurker here at dmctalk for many, many years...

Yeah! They do have that 'No Doubt' sound. Hopefully they end up doing well and i can be an animator more often and eventually pick up my own 'D'! Thanks guys for checking it out.

I really enjoyed it - looks like a ton of work. Great job on the delorean cameo. Did you add the ticking clock noises at the end, or was that part of the song?

definitely looks labor intensive! how long did it take you to make and 'film'?

Thanks!!! It is definitely a labor of love. It took about two months to do it all and nearly 5,000 photos spliced together. Definitely tedious but a lot of fun! Got it submitted to the iPhone Film Festival (I had no idea there was such a thing.) so fingers crossed it does well. I think all future projects will have a Delorean snuck in!

I would like to say "Thank You" to the Delorean community as last night was the final voting in the 'iPhone Film Festival'. I won "Best Music Video" and couldn't be happier! Again, thanks to all you guys and I hope I can do more stuff like this in the future.
