The time has come to sell my car i have spent Alot of money on it and have Lost Interest the car Runs but still needs a few things to be completely finished i would guess the car to be approx 90% restored and all parts have been Purchased from Either DMCH or DMCNW. When I purchased the car it needed alot of work and the Previous owner had put the BTTF interior into it and trucked it around to Local car shows to advertise for his Insurance company. I have kept all receipts from day 1 and its a good clean car here is a list of what has been done since I Purchased I may be forgetting a few as there has been large amount of things done to her.

Front and Rear Fascia have been repainted and eyebrows fixed
New Aluminum Rad
New Brakes and Rotors as well as Tobys Stainless DOT Approved Brake Lines
Rebuilt the Disc Brake ASSY's and replaced the Brake Master Cylinder
New Cooper Cobra Tires
New Clutch
New Clutch master Cylinder/Slave Cylinder
New fans/Shroud Purchased from Toby
New Headliner
Recovered Center Console(Kit purchased from DMCH)
Engine Rebuilt including replacing all Valves and full rebuild on the Heads
New Stainless Coolant Bottle
New Stereo 7" LCD touchscreen Clarion in dash DVD Player(have not connected the wire to be able to play DVD's while the car is in Park)
New Speakers
New Ac Compressor (converted to R134a by DMCNW)
New Tail Light Boards
New Front and Rear side Marker Lights
New front Signal Lights
New LED Door Lights
New Throttle Cable
New Hood Latch and Cable(still needs the Pin to be completely working)
New Seal Kit for the Doors
All Dents were professionally removed by Toby at DMCNW only able to see a few Repairs on the Gas Flap Hood he really did a great job
New Fuel Pump and all related fuel tank items
New Stainless Fuel Hoses Purchased from Toby
and Much More this is just what comes to mind without pulling all my receipts

I also have a huge amount of parts both new and used that are in Boxes as well

What the Car Does Need
Passenger Door Needs to be aligned properly
Needs Fan Fail Switch(have not over heated the car have only ran for a few min's at a time to test engine)
New Door Struts
Speed Angle Drive
Recover the Knee pads both RH and LH
Aside from that it really doesnt need much to get it perfect
I had alot of dreams for this car but just need a change been working on it for 5 years now has been alot of Fun

please no trades I know what the car is worth and i think this is a great price for what needs to be done and what has been done

I am currently not at home but I guarantee the carpet is perfect I wore muddy shoes the day before I took the pictures also the frame has no rust once I get home I will post better pictures of the carpet and floor.
