For anyone in need, Costco sells our lug nuts for $1.10 apiece in their tire/battery center. I was surprised. They are 35mm +/- and are nearly identical to the chrome Gorilla ones that I bought from Hervey. Since he claims a lifetime warranty on them, he may just be getting them back since there is a reason I was buying new ones after less than 5 years.................. These new ones are not stainless (magnet attracts), but don't feel like chrome caps either. Feel very solid. 12mm x 1.5

Do they stick out beyond the wheel? Or do they fit inside the holes, especially on the front wheels?

They are just like the Gorillas - they stick out a bit on the front but are recessed in the rear.
A couple of my Gorillas are peeling their "solid chrome" off. Hummmmm. And yes, Gorilla is stamped on them.

I got a set of lugnuts from Costco, part number 113124.
Only 62 cents each.
They are solid and the correct taper, but a bit taller than stock.
Mine were a beat up and the cap of one broke off when removing a wheel last week, so I replaced the whole set.
They stick out a little on the front wheels, but look fine on the back. My OCD will be aggravated by the front wheels, but these are just better bc they are solid, so I won't have to deal with a broken one ever again. I hate when that happens.

What exactly is "taper?" And what is the taper of the stock DeLorean lug nuts and how do I know or measure the taper of a potential replacement lug nut? All of my OEM nuts were destroyed by an idiot exotic car "expert" with an impact wrench at 140+ foot pounds of torque so I had to buy all new ones from a tire shop in order to drive home. Long story. But I'm not sure if the taper is correct on the replacements. How do I know?

Answer was described in the other thread, but I will answer here as well in the even someone searches for the same question/answer in the future.
The taper is the shape of the part of the lug nut that contacts the wheel.
It can be U shaped, \_/ shaped, or |_| shaped.
