WTB D project around Texas

Sorry for the informal intro, but I'm looking for a D around Texas area and just thought I'd throw it out at the experts. I am located in central Texas, my name is John and I got bitten by the bug when went to look at this Delorean http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/3156461051.html for a friend whom is also still looking. I have restored a good deal of older American cars, but my main interest has always been in the 82'-85' Celica Supras which I have given up on in search of the stainless steel dream. Everything I did not like about the Celica Supra, I love in the DMC. A match made in heaven! Love the site and its great to be apart of. Thanks for the interest John

I live up in Dallas and recently acquired my car. However, I purchased mine out of state. IMO I would look everywhere for the right deal. Shipping one of these cars is only a few hundred bucks in most cases and doesn't limit you to one location. If you spend $15k on the car, whats another $500 or so for a transport. Hell you'll spend more than that on the sales tax when you title it.
