What is supposed to hold the insulation under the T-panel down?
It appears to be have adhesive on one side. Does the other side need any adhesive, or is it just supposed to be glued down on one side?
Thanks,

It is taped to the stainless OEM. It should be taped to the roof of the car when installing with double-sided VHB tape, i.e. like the stuff used to hold plastic parts on the outside of modern cars. You may need a couple of layers of the tape to get the t-panel at the right height above the roof so that it matches the doors.

Roof Panel or T-Panel same difference. Follow the descriptions I added in the pictures I took below. While you’re in there clean the electrical connectors that are now accessible.
