So heres my next project. Its a 72 with 54000 original miles. Interior is actually in near perfect shape. Original paint with no chips or dents. Was running when parked.159231592415925159261592715928

I'm going to hit that project hard this summer. Work on it like I did the Marty truck. The Pantera will be an easy one. I don't need any interior pieces. Everything was drained properly so I'm thinking new battery have the wheels refinished some new tires along with beefing up the motor more than it already is. New exhaust too along with a detail the car should be as good as new.

Had the chance to ride in a Pantera once. Lots of power, really Loud in the cabin and a ride that would jar your teeth loose and was very rattly. The drivers footwell was really tight and offset to the right because of the Left front inner tire well. Other than that it was pretty cool.

I had a '72 Pantera that I used as a daily driver for three years. Explosive power, cramped and unnatural seating, loud.
I always said the people watching it go by were the real beneficiaries as they didn't have to ride in it.

Post some pics of the interior when you get a chance. Looks fun.

Why should comfort matter when you are rolling in such style?
