EDIT: The picture originates from September of 2009 (http://www.madwhips.com/back-to-the-future-replica-delorean/image/delorean-done-up-like-the-back-to-the-future-car-1.html). A spectator took the picture. Evidently the owner was parked waiting for Michael J Fox to show up so he could autograph the car. And the picture was taken in Toronto, Canada, 1,400 miles away...
