went to a car show and a cobra had this tiny battery in it that had a bat logo and I thought it was called batt battery but I can seem to find it

it was about the size of a motorcycle battery but could crank over a high compression engine

At 16 amp/hour rating, you better not leave any accessories on for very long. Not that it would be a problem with most of us. You won't get far when your alternator dies also.

I've always been thinking of building dry battery with lithium cells to save about 20 lbs. But then you need to install a smart charger for it. You can't just charge with 14 volts.

It always amuses me how people do things to their car to reduce weight. I reduced the weight of my car by 20 pounds without doing anything to the car. I just started counting calories about 2 months ago.

It all adds up. Look how fast a 500 lb. motor cycle can accelerate with a 100 hp.

With this adaptor, we can convert our side mounting battery cables to the top post terminal variety:

Figured I'd save someone the google search.

Oh nice idea. Where do you plan on moving it to? Keep us updated. One of the sellers for this battery, sells this custom mounting bracket for it. If you haunt seen it, I'll post a link to it. It would probably be nice to have a bracket for the battery.
