Seat removal when cleaning

Does anyone else here remove their seats when cleaning or is it just me? I was cleaning the car today and wondered if anyone else did the same, since my friend never even cleans his car at all, so he thinks how I clean is a bit excessive.

Just to vacuum- no, but I do make sure to slide it back and forth and clean under it with a nozzle.
If i was to use a carpet cleaner, I would, but I haven't needed to do that to the Delorean.

I've never needed a carpet cleaner, at least not yet..lol I only do it every so often, but it probably is excessive as my friend said.
