Just ran across this. It was posted on June 24, so it's a recent video. It appears to be the car that Houston converted and is on their new build page. Although, it looks like the armrest pad has been changed.

I think you are right Chris, the arm pad, the door cards and also the A/C controls are all the RND updates.
