Attached below is a Screen Shot during a TV show of an ariel view of the pre-BTTF condition of the "Future" Hill Valley Town Square set, taken circa 1977.

My sister and her boyfriend came across this while viewing a box set of CD's from an old TV series filmed in the mid to late 1970's.

Being BTTF fans themselves, they noticed the set right away. Wow, that's Heavy. Weight's got nothing to do with it.

Part of the pilot episode of The Twilight Zone from 1959 titled "Where is Everybody" was filmed at the Universal lot and town square can be seen. Although a bit more dated, it is very recognizable.

Quite a few scenes from Gremlins (1984) were also shot in the same courthouse square. There's a full list on wikipedia also of other appearances:

Not quite a "Full List", since it "appeared" in a fly-over view, but the lot itself was not used for the TV episode.

I will try to get the TV episode details from my sister when she gets back from her trip to Alaska next weekend.

Not quite a "Full List"...

True. Omitted is The Wizard which of course gave us this:

/Thinking about possibly cosplaying obnoxious 80's guy once I get my car running again. This would work quite well...

Actually, I like The Wizard (1989) - it was a pretty decent road movie with a solid cast and a good soundtrack. Kept me entertained for 90 minutes anyway. A current part of my laserdisc collection.

I know, I'm lame :ehh:
