No they can not.

Does the B280F have the cross-bolted centre journals? if so, I believe the answer is yes. PRV used a common block on the late engines identifiable by the cross-bolts. The 91mm liners have a thicker wall.

To put it another way, a late cross-bolted 2.5 turbo or B280 can be bored out to 93mm
