The point is to get youtube views. There are tons of "sexy girl" driving videos all over youtube. Men like nice cars and girls, so it's just a formula for getting hits. Have you noticed how many videos have some chick as the thumbnail, just to get your attention and hopefully get you to click on it? And they often have nothing to do with that girl and she is in it for 1 second in several minutes.
