Hey Rich, I know I'm off topic but you can paint the faded part and it comes out pretty decent. (What I did on mine)

I was going to try that, but was having no luck finding the right paint so I just replaced it.

I tried the Tamiya on a spare faded taillight. While it got closer to the proper color it was still different. Ifv you had two taillights faded it might work, but on only one you will notice the difference.
