I'm interested. Has it been leak-tested at a radiator shop?

Yes, this is a used unit. It has not been leak tested at a radiator shop, but it never leaked when in my car. I replaced it in 2008 when replacing my A/C evaporator. There was nothing wrong with it, and even though seemingly unnecessary, an experienced DeLorean friend helping me with the evaporator job recommended replacing it while we had the dashboard apart. My car was refurbished by DMCH in the year 2000 for the previous owner, so there's a good chance this was only in the car for 8 years, and not 30.

I think I'll pass -- not because the unit looks bad, but because some troubleshooting seems to have eliminated my heater core as needing replacement.

But to update the thread, I was hoping for $100. Houston's price is still $160 for their NOS. I'm sure this one is just as nice.
