Can't believe its been seven years since I installed the megasquirt II. My delorean still runs great with absolutely no fuel related problems. Even updated to the latest release of msextra today and seems to run even better.

I have to agree with you on how nice it is to not have to deal with fuel issues and have a reliable car. Having an engine control unit that is supported around the world is also nice to have!

Yup. Never going back...... It's only been about 3 years for me I think, but life is easier! Yes, one can always tweak and improve things, but being able to continuously improve it is part of the fun. Knowing that you won't have a hot start issue or RPM relay issues, etc, is very comforting. Having a platform to experiment on is nice and a really good way to learn automotive fundamentals.

3rd driving season with EFI for me. No more fueling issues, which is quite nice.

Here is my msq it was all tuned by seat of the pants feel. Some of the parts may look crazy but they work for me. I feel i may break my tabs but hopefully not.
I use 24 pound injectors, and a GM iac, and using msextra 3.3.2.

I believe I'm using 19 pound injectors. Using the Megasquirt 3.27 controller.

It is an interesting MSQ thats for sure.

I would recommend upping your afr targets in the low load <50% and rpm <3000 areas, youre running very rich, youd notice a significant mpg increase.
