If the car wasn't rear-ended and he filed a "False Police Report" he has that to worry about too besides insurance fraud and Arson. This is going to be a slow-motion train wreck and it won't be pretty when it ends. More to follow.

He was rear ended by a shopping cart that bounced off the fascia and rolled away...
lol
So this car crossed my mind and I wondered what happened to it or the owner (who even the police were a bit skeptical about). Daryl Kemsley made a video explaining it and the suspiciously trashed BMW in what looked to be very upscale neighborhood. He gave up his dreams of being another Logan Paul and pretty much made himself out to be a victim.
According to him, the insurance denied his claim on the DeLorean and he is stuck with a melted car. The close ups of the burned car showed several things. First, the rear end impact he claims started the fire was so light that it didn't even scratch either quarter. Second, looks like it has braided fuel lines installed. He said the insurance investigation couldn't figure out why it started so they refused to pay....which seems implausible. Burden of proof is still to the accuser no?
If you take him at his word, it's a sucky thing to happen, especially getting shafted by the insurance. I personally see a shady guy with a ton of red flags and if he is indeed a con artist/scammer, what a just reward having to look at your melted and trashed DeLorean in the backyard knowing you and you alone willingly inflicted the damage.

Lol..yeah, as little impact damage visible, it would have been less than a Ford Pinto to go up in flames.
