Here aresome pics of my modified distributor optical pickup.
Started with a distributor shell ( gutless) from dmc
Machined a collar for the triggerwheel
Fabricated the triggerwheel from sheet aluminum
Made a mount for the Banner Electronics light source and optical sensor fiber optic leads
Laser cut aPlexiglas cover for the distributor ( not shown)

Nothing to glamorous but progress continuous. Cut my fingers all to hell making fuel lines. Removed rear bulkhead. Pulled the ecus. Left the ignition ecu for now. Starting to mock up the wiring .

Throttle is hooked up . Fuel lines are tight. Mixture unit is fully converted. Just waiting on some orings and the hardware conversion is done. Downloaded tuner studio and logging software. Hoping to have her running in the next few weeks .
