When I passed the smog emission test it wasn’t so good, so I’m trying to adjust it by myself.
First test with the lambda probe disconnect (mine is from 1999)

On the other hand, when the micro-switch is on, the value exceed 60% (don’t know why yet)

After a few adjustment, seems fine to me

For now, impossible to unscrew the old lambda probe. Once it will be replaced by the new one, I’ll be able to see with an air/ratio meter where I am exactly.

An open sensor and pressing the WOT switch should set fixed dwell values produced by the lambda ECU.
Open sensor (or cold engine) should have 50% duty cycle or 45 deg. dwell.
WOT switch on should have 60% duty cycle or 54 deg. dwell.
When the lambda is working correctly on a warm engine the dwell reading swing back and forth quite a bit. About 25 to 45 deg. dwell readings.

Thanks for the information ;)
