If you have the old one to use as a reference, I can usually find common sizes at my Ace Hardware store, etc., but if not, and you need an odd specification, McMaster-Carr has an excellent assortment:

What kind of oil filters are you using? This is a strange request. The filter itself has one integrated and no additional one is required.

It doesn't show-up on Houston's page. I don't know why. It has a part number that seems legit as it's one number right after the oil filler itself. I bought one of these for my own car and it fit fine.

It looks like I found one at my local Ace. It's an old school hardware store that opened in 1945, so they have lots of selection.
If you choose this route, just match OD and thickness, and select an oil resistant material (Buna-N or Viton ). Make sure the new one allows the oil filler to fit snugly in place without binding.
