They're very hard to find, however you could use a rubbing compound kit to polish out those scratches. I did on both my clock and instrument cluster and the two look like new!
Novus plastic polish product that I have used and has been highly recommended on other forums (motorcycle/car). It is reasonable cost for the kit of the three polishing levels.

^ditto. There are much cheaper kits. Was just referencing it as an example. There are much cheaper kits available, even for the 3m perfect-it set.
Not sure if he is still making them, but user Yoda was making brand new clock housings a couple years ago:

Sounds like the Novus kit of three I posted above should work for you. Not very expensive either and I would give it a try.
Or contact Yoda to see if he still makes the replacements. See post #6 above for the link from DavidProehl.
