I looked but didn't see a thread for this,
but what is everyone doing for tires?
What is the current source of tires?
Does anyone make a matching set of 15/14 tires?
Cooper USED to, but no longer.
Let me know what the best solution?

AFAIK there are no matching sets of tires available in the stock front and rear sizes. I don't even think there are any matching tires in the 225/60R15 and 195/60R14 sizes, which was a popular option for owners who bought the Michelin Pilots back in the day.
The availability of tires in the stock rear size P235/60R15 is pretty limited. BF Goodrich still makes the Radial T/A in that size. Furthermore, Cooper, Mastercraft and Mickey Thompson all have tires available in that size. Finally, I found two other options named Milestar and Hercules. I believe both are made in China.
With that said, I have been very happy with the Futura Super Sport P235/60R15's that I purchased from Pep Boys for the rear of my DeLorean. In fact I liked them so much that I bought 4 more for my Bricklin. The Futura is a private label tire made by Cooper in Mexico. The
There are quite a few front tire options from various manufacturers.
Hope that helps.

I'm running the Radial T/As. 215-60r14 in the front and 245-60r15 in the rear.
The fronts rub a corner of the front lower valance when the wheel is at just the right angle and suspension loading. Not enough to leave a mark on tire or trim... Just makes a little noise from time to time.
BTW - I have stock suspension.
Cheers
Steven
The PO of my car put brand new tires on before I picked it they match and stock size front and rear 'Toyo Extensa' is the tyre name and brand.
They looked every bit brand new to me now they have 3,xxx Miles I on them I would recommend them I never bothered to look them up yet.
If anyone is interested I can take picture of the tread and close ups of the side walls.
I just reused pictures from 'Wheels thread' for now
EDIT
I just saw my rears are 225 60 15r so smaller than stock.

Here is the most current thread on that topic - besides the one you just started, that is......LINK: What tires are you running on?
The previous thread on matched-size tires for our cars started in 2013 and trailed off in 2014.
My understanding is that, as noted already in this thread, downsizing the rears to 225/60-R15 opens things up for us.
Also General, Nankang and Pirelli.

If you step down to 225s for the rear Cooper still makes an almost matching set, just checked their site (unless they discontinued and not updated their site).
