I replaced the PPR o-ring and added a Shim to see if the pressure would increase, my fuel flap has a good resistance that it hasn't had before and the pressure gauge climbs up much faster...

Ok, after a lot of great advice from you guys, i started tracing wiring, checking relays, and generally poking around.
