Sounds amazing, thanks Tamir!
Hi Tamir,
I really can't wait to see this!
I guess this will make more sense when I actually see your movie, but I confess I don't really understand why it is in the style of Alec playing...
Now that is a very cool mod! Nicely done.
Why would you want the body to be raised 1 inch? Are you doing that to facilitate a deeper trunk in the front? I feel like I must be missing something here.
That sounds great - now more than ever I can't wait to see this!
Ha ha that's great, the magic of Hollywood!
hi Tamir,
I can't wait to see your movie, congrats again!
The scene where JZD (Baldwin) is unveiling Proto-1 looks amazing - seems you really captured what it must have been like during those...
I think the Harrah's museum in Reno has one of those Aero Vettes with the gullwing doors. Same museum that has the Gold DeLorean with the tan interior - and I remember the Aero Vette was on display...

Sharing a video that Jalopnik filmed on the 4 seater for their "Build of the Week" series at the end of June - it gives a good overview of how and why...
Unfortunately no, I can't make it to that show this year. Maybe some other year!
Thanks! Yep I've always loved the prototype interior so wanted to emulate it somewhat with this.
It is using the original Renault Alpine GTA manifold and 2 inch stainless pipe into twin stainless Flowmaster mufflers. It's really loud in person! I need to fit some sound deadening into the car.
There are some older pics on pages 5 and 6 of this thread:

I'm putting a website together with all the pics...

Quick video of our first trip in the car, took the kids out for ice cream in the 4 seater!

The battery, fuses & relays, etc was moved inside the rear left pontoon
My 4 seater conversions is finally finished, so just wanted to share a few pics!
VIN #2449 has a custom chassis (built by Joe Cahill in Ireland which uses the complete rear subframe out of a...
Yes, but it'll be a bit tight for adults. It's perfect for kids though - it's basically the same as any 2+2 kind of car!
Just an update on my 4 seater DeLorean project... I'm finally nearly finished with the interior! It'll be a brown leather interior (with black dash, binnacle, center console and carpets). The front...
Although JZD says that car was built in the factory.... it looks like the Visioneering car to me, going by the interior, the hubcaps, etc.
There was also an issue with a 5A fuse included with the kit being undersized if I remember correctly - should be replaced with a 20A?
I'm running a carb in my car, and the 2nd fuel pump (Airtex) has just died again. I have another new Airtex which I can swap in, but I don't want to be doing this job every few months, which seems to...
Just want to say on this point, James & Crystal @ DMCH have been great at finding me some unavailable parts I needed for my car over the past couple of years, and also Sarah went over and above by...
100% agreed - I would love to see a proper true lower wishbone developed with a modern mounting point method such as a drop link for a sway bar, rather than trying to develop bolt on solutions for...
Someone (in Germany I think?) used a similar design at one point - to use a solid tubular link between the back of the front lower control arm and the frame bolt. They went a step further and welded...
