Yeah that is definitely the connection for the brake fluid sensor. When the brake fluid is low, that is what turns the brake light on in the dashboard.

That's not exactly an electrical connection. It is just showing where the wiring for the circuit leads to.

Just wanted to clarify that the clutch system is hydraulic and it most likely has the original plastic line. The current recommendation is to replace this line with the stainless version.
