Belts don’t stretch, that wear on the sides, which is what that run in, and fall deeper in the groove of the pulley. There is nylon on the core of the belt that keeps it uniform. Overtightening...

Has there been any progress made on these? Still interested.

That is a possibility. The new hire prospects isn’t very good

Not true at all. I ran a couple Oreilly stores. The customer database is company wide.

I upgraded mine a few years back. Well worth it. Shifts are crisp and more reliable than the original unit. Mine had bad solder joints in it that were repaired once. Lasted a few years then starting...
I love LR. I’ve bought a bunch of stuff from them. I was online waiting for a pre order a while back and as soon as it went up it said was sold out! Drove me nuts.
Ac in the hot sun is a must...
Welcome! Lots of knowledge here. I drive mine as a daily during the summer. Very reliable. Have fun with your new ride!

I have the 32/68 on mine and it stops like the original. No issues

Cool. Thanks for the update. Can’t wait to see the final product. You get a chance to work on the switch caps for defog and heated seats?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Never done that. Do you make them? I’d be in for one plus two spares with heated seat logos on them

I’d be interested in one too. Anyone have a way to backlight the defog switch?

What did you find?

A very easy job. Pull the old ones out, unplug the connector and install the new ones. Sometimes you may need to pull the ashtray and push them out from the bottom

Admins please delete my posts in this thread. I don’t see the “edit post” link at the bottom of my posts.
I used my Dremel and ground off the old epoxy that held it in. I then used an old Volvo key blank made by Ilco. I cut the head down to match the original that was in the lighted key. Then I just used...
Very fixable. Quarter can be repaired. Mine was hit in the front that damaged both front fenders and the cover and I was able to keep all my original parts and repair them....
I sourced mine from eBay a while back. When I was running an Oreilly Auto parts we could order them in too. Not bad at all. Pretty reasonably priced.

I finished mine with heaters added using the covers from DMCMWhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180524/e8c2647ae77bedb23a1fb09790ebd738.jpg I have the retainers in the area before the headrest. Much...
