No I’ve never over heated. I noticed the other day the expansion tank was near empty so topped it up. Seems to be holding now but keeping an eye on it.

I’ve done that and it’s holding 15 psi for 5 hours. The issue is when warm I’m getting heaps of bubbles in the expansion tank. I think I’ve got a really small leak that is opening when hot.
