My apologies, I misdiagnosed the problem in the midst of Easter holiday. The fan stopped working and I assumed the fuse.
I just checked for voltage at fan and I had 12v. The fan plug wasn't snug...

Well, 1st drive, the driver side fan blew its fuse, all connections are solid, grounds clean.The fan spins freely, doesn't feel wore out, im wondering if in its old age, is drawing too much current...

Passenger door starting acting up, would only open if you opened from inside while moving lock back and forth, now its stuck shut and won't open. I have the panels off and have done the ST-10-8.81...

Fixed it, one of the connectors had indeed back out and wasn't making connection. both fans working again. Thanks for the help!

Correct, I get no voltage at fan connector on driver fan when passenger fan is running. Ill check the voltage at the fan fail jumpers.

I moved the wires in the fail safe rig to the correct location and still nothing at driver fan, passenger fan works fine. Maybe fan relay? Would the relay kill just one fan?

I haven't looked at that relay, I need to test the fan with 12v and I'll update. Does this wiring look ok on the fan fail bypass.70445

I noticed I have only one cooling fan running today, my car has the fan fail bypass rig, both fuses ok, AC on, still only one fan, otterstat bypass same results, I am not getting 12 volts at suspect...

Did you get to drive or did they have a stunt driver?
