I think they got the memo that your car is accustomed to an immaculate environment, and would be most cooperative if it was provided with similar accommodations.... :strongman:
If you use a brush [instead of spraying,] the stitching will remain "as-is" (as long as you don't get too close to it with a really "wet" brush.) That's one of the reasons I prefer Leatherique over...
Passenger side upper door panel almost finished, drivers side not yet started:
Console w/1st cot of dye, coin tray "before:"
Same with mine. From what I've heard, that's the way they fit.
I guess making a door handle is harder than it would seem....
Andrew is looking for one....I'll give him a heads-up.
Custom matched, and they have it on file. A few days ago I ordered a 2nd 16oz bottle........"DeLorean, Grey interior" was all the info they needed. I mentioned I have the part# on my invoice but they...

I replaced both of mine....very easy.
With the upper door panel off, you can see the backside of the handle and the two nuts the hold it on.
I loosen the nuts with a 1/4 drive socket...
March status update:
-4728 runs & drives.
-Everything "below deck" is complete for now.
-Currently have most interior pieces out, cleaned and beginning prep for dye.
-Mirrors, grill, and tail...
I'm totally going to buy that & put it on my car.
Got sidetracked....Ill try for some pics this week.
Full-speed ahead on the interior:
I removed & cleaned most of the vinyl pieces, prepping for dye.
My window motors work, but I'd like...
We're never going to see a pic of this binnacle thing....
